Lore: An aerial prototype developed by Victoria Electronics' Ace Program, developed after the success of the Lancer. The requester was a Russian mafia boss, who wields much power in the military ranks of the Soviets. That test pilot, however, was unable to withstand the machine's neural load, and was incapacitated. She claimed that it was a 'demon,' and that it should be destroyed. V.E., however, hopes that these claims are true, because if so, they'll finally able to destroy the Dynasty, and their angelic destroyer, the Lancer. However, with the Mass-Produced Lancer series in production, they may have no more hope left.
