The 4 megacorporations (Blackbell, Veilcorp, Kingston Industries, Quadra-Tech) didn?t start out as behemoths as they are now. Decades ago, long before the Global Alliance was corrupted and the five most powerful military forces of the world were the Delphin Commonwealth, the Salvidor Republic, the Rendai Empire, the United Orelian Federation, and the Alliance itself, whom at that time was the peacekeeper between the four world superpowers. Back then, Blackbell was only a military defense contractor and aircraft manufacturer, Veilcorp was just a cybersecurity firm, Quadra-Tech was still a fledgling offshore oil drilling company, and Kingston Industries, whom at that time was known as NeoGlobe Security, was a small Private Military Company.

The story of Kingston Industries and Quadra-Tech is akin to the tale of two childhood best friends becoming nemesis later in their adulthood. When the Salvidor-Delphin War engulfed the world, NeoGlobe Security (Kingston Industries) received contracts from several offshore oil drilling companies, requesting NeoGlobe to provide armed security for their oil rigs during these times of global chaos, which later gained massive profits for the fledgling private military company as they started building their forces overtime. One day, they received an unusual contract from another company, which states that they will earn the ?largest amount of payment of their lifetime? if they can not only just be the guardian angel of this company, but also their tool to conquer other offshore drilling companies. The client was none other than Quadra-Tech, who saw great potential in NeoGlobe?s military capability. Long story short, NeoGlobe accepted the contract and became Quadra-Tech?s armed force as they started invading and capturing oil rigs of many companies in the midst of the war, the deadly duo even managed to capture few Delphian and Salvidorian military bases and naval ports. Luckily for them their questionable actions didn?t gain world spotlight because the Republic has been launching naval bombardments to the cities and shores of the Commonwealth with their massive armadas and the Alliance is too busy interfering with the situation to even think about the two mischievous companies. When the war was finally over, both the Delphin Commonwealth and the Salvidor Republic were devastated, there are no clear winners and the Global Alliance were accused for being incompetent in halting the conflict. Meanwhile, NeoGlobe received tremendous amount of payment as promised and Quadra-Tech became the largest leading offshore oil drilling company in the world, both of them started expanding on many areas of field, with NeoGlobe focused on building their non-military side via acquiring banking companies, oil refining companies etc., and Quadra-Tech doing quite the opposite, merging with military defense contractors, arms manufacturers and shipbuilding companies to build their own military empire. A decade passed by and NeoGlobe is now a multinational megacorporation, developing and manufacturing their own war machines, mostly tanks, artilleries and other ground vehicles for export to various client nations and also owning countless oil refineries around the world, while Quadra-Tech became the biggest corporate entity in the realm, owning everything from island bases to entire cities all across the globe, and thanks to their merger with Nexus Shipbuilding Corporation with its headquarters on Yena Island, Quadra-Tech now has the best naval force armed with the most advanced, cutting edge warships to ever sail the seas, they also immediately started developing their own next-generation war machine designs, mostly naval ships, mech and aircrafts.
