I looked it up, and some people said it was most likely a Mod, but I had none. I deleted all of my stuff for the Sims 3, but it still didn't work. Any suggestions?

For Spore, it doesn't install at all.

Apparentally, I can download all of both, but insalling it isn't as good. It installs half way for The Sims 3, then the Error 5011 comes up.
