Moveset: Psycho Boost, Extremespeed, Superpower, Shadow Ball
Backstory: Deoxys and the following Pokémon are also less legit than others, mainly Due to their creation on PokeGen. He is a 100% natural Pokémon, caught in his normal place with random IVs and no EVs. The only differentiating fact is that He?s shiny. He will and his follower are the only Shinies that I will make on PokeGen, due to the fact that they would be impossible for me to obtain otherwise due to their events being over. Deoxys was on my list for awhile, even despite the fact that I wouldn?t have a way to get him.

PokeGen is this program where you can make a pokemon with all of your desired traits. For example, you can choose your pokemon to be shiny, what nature it has, what level, even if it has Pokerus. Just some info for you commenters.
