Description
The Ashonas are trying to destroy a Kiersan Base, and right now, they're suceeding. Go in and defeat the attack force, while keeping the base intact. (This is a hard mission so hold onto your butts and don't run into a crowd of enemies like an idiot.)

After you finish the battle and talk to the base commander you have to beam up manually. Wasn't supposed to be like that in retrospect.
