Con... Therefore 5 people is not enough to get 30 points. I think someone else is specificly uprating creations that eould normaly not makr into the MPN, it is impossiblr for me to tell what has been downrated because there is no most unpopular new. Does a

Con... Becuase there are lots of these creations with fairly unknown creators that ALL receive 30 points each all at the same time, most of these creations only get like 3 or 5 comments, it takes 15 uprates to get 30 points, 3 points an uprate con...
