@yourcomment: We aren't sure wether they are the same material or not though. soulsand seems to be similar to ash where as Netherrack seems to be heckstone (i spell it like that to avoid getting banned/reported)

We know a Diamond pick is better then a heckstone one. Why? because in MC, diamond picks cut through heckstone like a breeze.
