Anyone can make a detailed dragon, but it takes some SKILLZ to make a dragon like this. *I called it a dragon the whole time, I know it's a wyvern. They are very similar* For this, I give you a taco. :)

Great job on this! The details alone are great, but the best part is the pose and the anatomy. When EVER I make a dragon, I am plagued by the fact that it looks too skinny, or too top-heavy, or SOMETHING. This nailed it!
