2nd place goes to koopakilla for "UBD_Phobophobia."
The spiky, wormlike creation made my skin crawl. Their creation is a fear that is very hard to represent and they did a darn good job.

The snake is a common fear symbol. The symbol on the frame is of the greek god of panic, fear, and fleeing, Phobos.
