Description
The AC-56 Torhaal is a fast, well armoured vehicle used to carry and support ground troops in battle. The H variant is armed with a large 100mm gun, coaxial 20mm autocannon and a larger missile pod than the standard.

This is why downraters are a plague, a menace to the spore community. If they can't succeed in the community, then they'll just tear viciously at the succesful, effectively tearing up the community itself.
