Description
The Vuústi Snipe Laser is a long range death machine - with an adjustable zoom scope (x3-x20) and incredible precision. The laser can be tuned to various frequencies; from a harmless spotting device to an armour melting beast. However, it can only fire for several seconds before overheating on the highest setting and thus is only useful against light armour. It makes an excellent Anti-Air weapon, though and kills infantry with ease.

Just to add on beastosity`s comment. Laser beam isn`t visible because it mostly operates at IR-freguency (heat) Only way the beam can be seen on mid air is if it passes through fog or smoke.

That would be harder with a bullet. It doesn't replace conventional snipers, but acts alongside them providing more tactical options and stuff.

You're forgetting that lasers don't even need silencing though - no noise. That's an advantage. Any 'beam' that would be visible would only be visible for a few seconds, and if the sniper missed slightly he could easily correct his mistake and kill the dud

It should be noted that the RoRE obviously have other snipers at their disposal. Not all snipers are silenced though as you seem to think - a lot of them aren't because the suppressor can decrease range I think.

I don't know about you but everyt laser I've ever seen doesn't have a massive red beam. Not easily visible, at least. I know very little about lasers though. But still who gives a @*a% about being 'tracked down' - U HAS LAZORZ!

but it would be much easier to track down the location of a sniper if he's shooting a big red beam instead of a suppressed .308/ .50 cal round.

I'm not an idiot - I know the reason for camoflague! The point is that you can track down a normal sniper anyway (I have a friend in the Military who has been trained to do so), and TBH it doesn't matter because you have a LAZOR SNIPER RIFLE!:D
