Me not too happy about DarkSpore, why can't EA just leave things alone for a while? :l They'll screw it up if they go on too fast, and too slow would outrage players. They have to find a middle ground.

To uninstall spore, you need to find the uninstall function either by locating the spore file and deleting it, or finding the uninstall function that says "Uninstall SPORE" or something like that; then reinstall it with the CDs and patch back up
