I know how to raise and lower objects and effects: 1. Hold CTRL 2. Click and hold an effect/object 3. Move mouse up and down to raise and lower.

@emporer96 I think i know the answer. You hold down tab while doing that click on the object you want to move and loads of moving things come up. Btw this is really cool btw
