Description

Research and Development (RnD) worlds are used for scientific and technologic endeavours including, but not limited to: scientific and astronomic experiments and research; weapons research, testing and development; starship design and development. Whilst 80% of the RnD complex is underground, this above ground building, the Outpost, contains the operation's main control room a administrative offices, some laboritories as-well-as a Space Traffic Control centre.
