Description
A chibi of Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy VIII. Took me a little while to make. Sorry, but I couldn't add the colored streaks in her hair. Either way, I think this turned out VERY well. Complexity was a biyotch though... Had to assym a lot of parts...
