*REAL 5th Gen!* | *UPDATE: It's been confirmed to be a Psychic/Fire-type* | Victini's name comes from "victory" (hence its ears, belly pattern, and hand signs) and "tiny." As this Gen's Phantom Pokemon (i.e., Mew, Celebi, etc.) and the 3rd Legendary revealed thus far, it peculiarly sits at #000 in the Isshu Pokedex.
