Description

Kalreen wasn't always like that. There used to be a time when it was a wonderful T3 planet, where flora and fauna where abundant and colorful. Then the Grox arrived, and exploited the planet to death. Facing a tragic fate, Kalreen, a young planet, is now prematurely dying, covering in sands and losing it's atmosphere. Food has become rare, and species are facing their death. Galacos are indeed a perfect example of this tragedy. As carnivorous predators, they couldn't adapt well to their new environment. Equipped with carnivorous attributes (fast metabolism, need to feed often, aggressive qualities, warm blood), they are now in total extinction. The few packs left on the dry surface of Kalreen are now starving, and became utterly aggressive, sometimes even towards their own. Cannibalism has become a way of life as well as attacking the parcimonious tribes left, and digging to the blood to carve large enough dwellings, and, of course, to find water._________________Part of my food chain contest, n°2: the pack hunter. Truly better seen in game than on the net.
