Description
16%s are very powerfull warrior class %. Thier blood is almost completely composed of an adrenaline type fluid, and this allows them to achieve extreme feats of strength and speed. However, this forces them to need to eat very frequently to stave of starvation. For this reason, you will almost never see them far from a 15% feeder. The crests on thier head are used primaraly for intimidation, but are also usefully as a blunt weapon.
