Description

FOR LUCKYBURDOCK'S MBT COMPETITION, The Centaur class main battle tank or MBT differs from most tanks in many ways. Rather than a cannon for it's main armament it has a heavy missile launcher that fires high explosive predator class missiles, These missiles are heat-seeking, and can also be remote controlled via their smart chip and camera. It's second turret is a dual heavy PTuCR (Pointless Tracers unambiguously Countering Randomness) auto-cannon, which can be used against infantry, light to medium vehicles and aircraft. It has a crew of 8. It is heavily armored and has multi-charge anti-ballistic reactive armor plating or (MCabRAP). Instead of utilizing treads as most tanks of it's size do it instead has 8 steel mesh composite reinforced nano-kevlar tires, these tires not only allow the tank to move faster, but they also allow it more traction and protection. This is the MBT utilized by the Galactic Earth Federation and in it's short time in service it has already proven it's value again and again.
