Description

A graceful dragon liveing in tropical waters. It is said to be extremely rare to spot it during the day. But at night the spots on it's body light up with stored power from the sun and emit a spectacular display of lights in the skies and see. my 2nd entry

The detailing is amazing and the colors are very good but seem a touch off. I think a dark greyblue (middle bottom row) base might have served better but just opinion :)
