Description
Japps is Velskhas 1st officer. He saved Velskhas life on more than one occasion. He escaped being imprisoned by the Dark Master, for he was in the Galactic Core, while he was imprisoning the Nemian Empire. When he got back to Nemin, he found no-one there.
