Description

The HEV, or Human Entry Vehicle, is an orbital insertion pod used by the UNSC to insert soldiers into battle on a planet's surface. HEVs are used often by Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, or ODSTs. This has earned the ODSTs their nickname, "hell-jumpers".
