Once again, a captain that tries to strike a compromise between appearance and ability sans GA parts. This one isn't quite as fearsome in a fight as the earlier captains--I guess he'll have to rely more on his looks if somebody shoots at him--lol

Sure, he can rely on his looks, but then he DOES have an awfully large, targetable head. XD lol. Great creation, though. R+
