-->If you enjoy this creation please rate it on spore.coml-- A highly venomous species of arachnid originally encountered by the AIA on one of the worlds repopulated in their colonization of the galaxy, and genetically enhanced to serve in the Araneae Hybrid Weapons division for the conquest of more biospheres. Originally a small reclusive species, the AIA geneticists augmented the Black Widow?s size to far more fearsome proportions and in so doing amplified its natural aggression as well. The AIA?s Bioengineers are repeatedly confounded by their inability to genetically curb the Black Widow?s tendency to feed on its own mates even after several attempts to introduce the inhibitor to prohibit the spiders from seeing other arachnids as a food source. In addition to their role as a weapon in AIA invasions the Black Widows are deployed to cull populations of other arachnid species that begin to boom out of control on AIA worlds, and are kept away from colonist populations with redundant electronic tracking and shock deterrent systems, with lethal cyanide capsule implants as a last resort. (It took me an extremely long time to find a construction, and paint combination that would closely mimic the black widow?s real markings in spore. Although not perfect, and not as smooth and shiny as I would like I believe the effect is still impressive) *Created By Serevanth*

Actually a black widow bite will kill you faster then a brown recluse. The recluse just liquifies the surrounding tissue. Brown recluse bites look much more disgusting though.

a black widow spider only has a red hourglass shape on the bottom of its abdomen. Don't change your creation, it's great, I was just pointing it out.
