sorry then, only thing i can think of is the build of your captain or you aren't landing on the jump pad correctly.

did you check the mission goal to see if the number of rings collected went up, sometimes its hard to notice if you go through the ring at those speeds. make sure you arent talking about the skydive rings either, the horizontal ones.

If you orbit correctly you should go through the rings without any steering.
