Description
The Panthoe Base Star has a crew compliment of 2173. It's hull is comprised of a durabynium alloy making it resistant to a nuclear detonation of up to 50 kilotonnes. Each Base Star in the Panthoe Fleet carries 56 Alert Raiders which can be quicky dispersed by the four launch tubes on both the port and starboard. The launch tubes are protected by eight ion machine cannons. Each Base Star also has several pulse cannons powered by the ships Melodyne Argon sub-light engines. Panthoe Base Stars are also capable of faster-than-light travel making them a exceptional battle-platform. There are currently over 6000 operational Base Stars in the Panthoe Fleet. Inspired by tadpolejo's idea a BSG.
