Description
Omi are timid scavengers and travel in small packs. They tend to shadow larger predators to pick over any leftovers they might leave. Their special scent glands produce a chemical that neutralizes its own odor to mask its presence to any large predators in the area. Omi are aggressive only after larger, more alive animals have left the scene of a killing. Once alone, they will squabble amongst themselves for the smallest bits of food. Omi in desperate situations have been known to swarm and overwhelm moderately sized herbivores and unarmed sentients. These occasions are however, very rare.
