(Playable Version) Club plaza
Plazas that focus towards younger residents will modify the restaurant into a club and the balcony will become an outdoor dance floor. The courtyard can then vary from a skate park to an additional dance area.
These broad plazas serve as general gathering places for colonists of all ages, depending upon the facilities in the plaza. There are several places in the plaza where beings can just hang out and socialize. Often groups will gather at one of these plazas before heading off to other places, such as country-side retreats or parks.
The first two levels consist of specialty shops. The nature of these shops depends upon the preferences of the colony inhabitants. Shop keepers may follow colonists from their recruitment planet, if they feel a market will exist; or if they have just grown attached to many of the beings moving to the new colony. The upper levels of the plaza consist of a multi-level dining facility; again the style of this varies with each plaza. The balcony provides a nice outdoor area for fair weather gatherings. The top-most level is the kitchen facility for the restaurant.
