Description
The CS1 Negotiator is the Conclave's naval flagship. It carries their mobile council chambers, and also their forum for inter-imperial diplomacy. It is defended by its own contingent of Protectorate soldiers, but only a small protection force, so as not to send the wrong message. It remains the brightest symbol of diplomacy in the known galaxy, and is often seen negotiating treaties and alliances (hence, its name).
