Description
A large, carnivourous rat found in radioactive sewers. The diet of the Chowtar consists of various junk wrappers, fast food leftovers and fish bones. They occasionally attack cats if they harass members of the rodent family.

The omnivore mouth is incredibly small and hidden right inside the carnivore mouth. You can see it when you make him sing =)
