Description

Truly a feat of engineering. Suspended in mid air the only entrance can only be reached by means of air transport. Able to transport itself to any new location makes it ideal for evading storms and other natural disasters that might through off its balance. The Tunnels connecting the outer hubs move with the command of a switch.
