Description
The Bracan were satisfied with their methods of controlling the surrounding systems, but they made an alliance with one empire they saw as no physical threat. These taught them the way of the Diplomat. Word spread throughout the empire of the new Philosophy of Order, and the civilians' attitudes changed quickly. They were taught the way of Order, and they turned on their privateers, who were without Order. The Galactic Republic was reorganized back into the Bracan Grand Counsel, which was started when they made the leap to Space. They have had peace since.

This new outfit was created after I switched personalities. They were Warriors, but now they're Diplomats.
