Description

The ego is a highly dangerous aspect of the mind. It makes us do irrational things or think of irrational ideas. Its strong desire for attention towards itself is the primary drive. It even makes us unaware of its own acts. Caging it up means awareness of its own need for the past and future. That way, it becomes possible to live without an 'ego' and help people in ways previously thought impossible. This applies to anyone, of any personality and attitude.

Interesting, one NEEDS a HEALTHY ego. Lack of one will lead to having no self identity and victimization. I can agree that it should not be an inflated one.

If this is in fact Freudian then it should be the id the ego is the balance between the id and the super ego. but nice work none the less
