Description
Twilit space colonies are always situated on barren, black and white planets. If they place a colony on a planet with any sort of colour, they will terraform it differently. No other species have come in contact with the Twilit; the only one that has was met with a scream of horror and was promptly removed from the galaxy. Proper.
