Yes this is an actual, albeit silly, creature. Nearly broke the Complexity meter again. He's going to look seriously terrible on your Space Civilization dialogue screens, sorry. I don't advise you use him in that capacity. If you have complaints, well, now you have someplace to mail them. :)
