You know you can disable the complexity meter right? Anyway if you don't, go the the editor (It has to be the main editor, not an in-game one) and hit Control Shift C. A blue window should pop up, in it type: freedom on.

haha i've been there with the complexity meter... i always make two versions: one within the allowed parameters, and one with Freedom on :)
