you must find your squad members (its okay if they dont follow you) (and to find them go to the right and work you way around the battle)

Seems that your late for the little fight inside the dropship, no matter, retreave the crystal and go back to base...

The crystals are gone!!! you must of triggered a trap!!! you gotta get out of there (if you move to the platform and everthing disappears, then keep moving you'll enter the teleporter)
