Intro message:
You barely escaped the riders. They now patrol the east road. It'd be nice to spend the night among the hobbits of Crickhollow, but the Old Forest will do better to hide you from the enemy.
Win message:
The forest and the downs proved more perilous than you could have imagined. Now the East Road is once again before you, and Gandalf awaits your arrival at the Inn of the Prancing Pony
Lose message:
You fool! You have fallen to the enemy. Sauron will now cover all of Middle-earth in shadow.
Acts
ACT 1 :   The Od Forest
The Old Forest has an evil reputation in hobbit lore. Years ago the trees tried attacking the Shire, but hobbits came and made them into a great bonfire. The trees still distrust little folk.
ACT 2 :   The old Forest
The air has suddenly become very hot and stuffy. Sleep is gathering in the eyes of your company. Merry has asked you to scout ahead. As you make your way, a far of voice seems to be singing.
ACT 3 :   The Old Forest
You go back to extend Tom's invitation, but you find that the malevolent spirit of the forest has lured your company into the clutches of Old Man Willow. You are now in a most dire situation.
ACT 4 :   In the House of Tom Bombadil
Tom has invited you and your friends to be guests in his home. A feast and a warm bed await you in the house of Tom Bombadil. He will show you the way.
ACT 5 :   In the House of Tom Bombadil
Tom's house is a merry place, but you can't stay forever. The long road lay ahead, and your errand demands urgency. Alas, you must part from Tom and Goldberry, and make for the Barrow-downs.
ACT 6 :   Fod on the Barrow-Downs
The fog has seperated you from your friends. A faint and distant voice seems to be calling for you. Could that be them? You have no choice but to investigate.
ACT 7 :   Fog on the Barrow-Downs
A wight had trapped you and your friends inside the Great Barrow. The incantation was no match, however, against the cheerful song of old Tom Bombadil.
ACT 8 :   Fog on the Barrow-Downs
You have escaped the Great Barrow, and the border of Bree-land is just ahead. Tom will guide you to the edge of the Barrow-downs. From there, your company will once again be alone.
