The Munkey race are the sworn enemies of the Bananaz. This advanced scientific warrior race is skilled in the fields of cybernetics and bioengineering which has led to the creation of powerful, computer controlled Munkey supersoldiers.
Munkeys find the meat of the Bananaz race to be a delicacy and will stop at nothing to enslave the entire species for consumption. They drove the Bananaz from their home world and reduced them to refugees.
Their name is commonly confused with the human term ?monkey? (either intentionally as an insult or unintentionally) due to their similarity in pronunciation. Despite this similarity they are not monkeys but rather members of the genus pan (actually they are very similar to Earth chimpanzees despite not actually sharing any relation to Earth species) and find it very insulting to be called monkeys.
