this dude loves to fly alot, he spends alot of his day in the clouds, when he isnt in the clouds he is probbly gonna be underwater. if he aint there he is in his cloud house.

Additional info: He can controll clouds, he can make it a storm if he wanted to though he cant controll the wind. he also can controll the water.
