It's SUPPOSED to be how Harley Quinn looks in Issue #10 of the New 52 Reboot of Suicide Squad, but this reminds me more of her Issue #7 appearance. xP
I was planning on making her look SO MUCH BETTER (and on giving her a face O_o), but complexity got in the way... as usual... x.x
In any case, this is my entry for aforementioned contest. xP
