Descripción
The caves of Altariz III are comprised of a peculiar and unique type of rock that possesses powerful anti-gravity properties, the result being that they float several hundred yards above the surface. This makes them the ideal homes for the race of bird-like aliens known as Cloudhoppers, and Helldrop Caves is the main administrative structure for their military.
