The Great Hahlii War necessitated highly trained infantry warriors due to the many thick, dense swamps. In fact, most Battalion Commanders placed more reliance on foot soldiers than vehicles. These riflemen were heavily trained in accuracy and tactics, and some served as engineers, setting land mines and auto-turret grids, and some served as snipers, disguising themselves as parts of the terrain, and taking out individual enemies with high powered rifles. The riflemen carry around two skulls on their hip, which they believe provide protection.
