Had this kicking around but not uploaded for a while. It's a variant city- hall for the beige tower set, intended for use on T-0 worlds where the normal hall looks odd by itself.

it floats by holding control down and clicking(and holding) whatever it is you want to float then you move your whatever up and down.

@Kael: If you hold control in the building editor you can move things horizontally independant of connection structure. Shift allows you to do the same horizontally, very handy to know.
