ACTO 1 : Talk to the Officer
The officer is next to the tent furthest to the left of the camp. Capt. Demitri is halfway between the camp and the pier.

Go to the end of the dock and run/jump onto the boat. Try to land on the front half on the boat because it will move while you're in midair!

If you are on the boat, use your map to let you know when to get off. When you get near Jettix jump off and swim to land!
