Backstory: Porygon-Z is weird. He?s a glitch Pokémon that anyone can obtain off of the GTS. I consider him the least legit of my shinies, but still part of them for whatever reason. It?s probably his cool factor and the fact that there is no AR involved, just a natural glitch in the game. For that reason, he?s legal.
