Description

An unusual tank design developed by the Chen'i for non lethal defense and physiological warfare. Its main weapon is the Strobe system from which it takes its name, the Strobe system uses carefully focused light and loud directional sound to dazzle and disorientate the enemy without harming them, it is also armed with a light autocannon. It also uses and unusual track system two adjustable independently driven main treads with a retractable third tread used for stability.
