Description

The Yeroh people have always taken pride in their ability to achieve so much using so little. This quality of theirs can be most strongly observed in their military industrial complex, which has always stood several heads above the competition in the Eastern galactic sector. From their early days as the former leaders of the ESCU all the way to the outbreak of the Yeroh War, the Yeroh have consistently found ways to make weapons that meet international standards, using only a mere fraction of the resources available to a typical Galactic Alliance member state. When it comes to the production of starfighter craft in particular, many rival militaries and weapons analysts have become irritated with just how good the Yeroh can be with the limited tools at their disposal.

While the Yeroh are the most powerful nation in the Eastern Sector, their grasp over galactic resources is vastly inferior to that of the galaxy?s foremost superpowers. Knowing this, the Yeroh try to make the most out of what they have, streamlining their efforts around solutions that have already been proven to be effective. Most Yeroh companies typically push for fighter designs that make use of existing and reliable tech, rather than opting to cram in all the latest experimental packages for the sake of boosting performance. This formula persists to this day, as made evident by the Yeroh?s current mass-production starfighter - the Hunter.

However, there are rare cases when the Yeroh aerospace complex will forgo any restraint and simply produce something insane. Enter the YH-20XA. Codenamed Assassin by Allied intelligence, this fearsome superfighter is a product of the newly-established authoritarian regime known as the ?Yeroh Gerfuntpol? (Greater Yeroh Empire). The GFP government, headed by a cohort of military leaders, found themselves quite partial to the allure of superweapons, opting to fund the development and construction of numerous costly weapons projects. The Assassin starfighter is the latest in the line of expensive, highly-lethal military equipment - and like all its brothers, it spits in the face of conventional Yeroh military doctrine. The only area where expenses were spared was in the central hull of the fighter, which happens to be a slightly-modified Hunter fuselage. Everything else on the ship is brand-new.

While the Assassin is most easily distinguished from other Yeroh fighters by its black paint scheme, what makes the fighter truly special is hidden beneath its skin. The YH-20XA is equipped with an experimental heat management system that allows it to temporarily increase its generator and thruster output beyond normal levels, without damaging any of the craft?s vital systems. At the flip of a switch, the pilot can briefly enable the Assassin?s HMS override and immediately reap the benefits. Upon activation, the ship?s indicator ?eye?, located above the cockpit, will light up red to let nearby allies know that the craft has just entered a highly volatile state. During an HMS override, the Assassin?s exhausts and radiators will glow orange from the extra heat - a fitting visual reminder of the fact that the craft?s flight performance has now been effectively doubled. The ship?s exhaust trails during HMS override are so hot, that they are capable of throwing off heat-seeking missiles thanks to the sheer strength of their temperature signature.

That red part on the cockpit. Extremely creative texture usage

I even use certain paints to help do lineup of parts: then I repaint for perfection I hope.

Also putting and placing the singlariton like you did within the paint as part of the paint is cool.
