The amount utilized inside would be held constant even though the total available solar energy varies. Assume energy availability remains constantly comparable to the sun. Excess from other stars is stored until needed for deficient stars

Well theoretically I would imagine there?s no windows or external sunlight affecting organisms, only external solar power. The only impacts the stars would have would be on total solar power and outside surface temperature

So just a random weird thought: suppose there were an enormous space station or worldship able to store enough solar energy from each star to hop from one star system to another, outlasting each star it visits
