Description
The Rendara Savings and Loan is a mutually held bank that operates as a savings and loan institution. In addition, it also operates a credit union branch. The bank is locally owned, not national and follows a strict 3-6-3 policy, that is, borrow at three percent interest, loan at six percent, and management on the golf course at three sharp. The bank is wholly insured and backed by the faith of the Draconian Empire, who also offer postal savings through the Imperial Post service which has a small office within the bank. The bank's local ownership means that is less afraid to loan to local interests; the Draconian investment is deliberate for this reason. It is hoped that a stable financial institute that is more friendly to the local community will help to invest in blighted areas.
